Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate for our Pittsburgh store. You will welcome clients, assist with purchases at the cash wrap, and keep a polished sales floor. A focus on accuracy, efficiency, and brand representation is essential to support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, stock management, receiving shipments, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in luxury or high-end environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop) and use of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and offer personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Encourage add-on purchases and gift cards; collect customer info where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and keep stockroom tidy.
• Maintain stock levels and visually merchandize the sales floor.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Uphold housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards.
