Zusammenfassung

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will greet clients, assist with purchases at the POS, manage stock and help keep the sales floor organized, while upholding the brand’s standards.

This role requires a retail background, strong communication skills, and comfort with technology such as iPad and POS systems. Weekend and peak season availability is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of retail experience (luxury preferred)
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop)
• Ability to use walkie talkie, read price sheets and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (for US market)

Aufgaben

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and offer personalized assistance
• Act as a brand ambassador within the store and in the local market; support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and cash/media handling per policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where allowed
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and update visual merchandising
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests and collaborate with team or management
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines
