Coach is seeking a customer-obsessed associate to welcome clients with warmth and professionalism on the sales floor. You will operate POS systems, manage the cash wrap, and maintain stockroom organization while protecting assets and ensuring a premium shopping experience.

You will replenish stock, update visual merchandising, and engage with customers to build brand loyalty. A luxury retail mindset, strong English, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers, iPad/laptop, and POS devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and anticipate needs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
