Coach in Grapevine is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store performance and guest satisfaction. You will greet clients, assist with purchases at the POS, and maintain an organized sales floor with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will also handle stock, support merchandising updates, and protect loss prevention standards while delivering friendly, professional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, preferably luxury service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS, and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with team support.
