Coach in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to a luxury retail experience. You will greet clients, assist with product selection, operate POS, and ensure stockroom accuracy and visual standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in luxury retail, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, with an emphasis on exceptional service and loss prevention adherence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Internet).
• Ability to use walkie talkie and read price/product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
