Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position (preferred at luxury resort).
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage with each guest.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
• Assist and ensure effective guest challenge resolution; work with guest service team and other departments to resolve challenges and exceed expectations.
• Ensure billing and financial transactions are accurate for guests.
• Upsell services and offerings, ensuring guests are educated about resort offerings.
