Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, and support the maintenance team. You will handle service requests and help keep a luxurious, inviting community. Join us to make a difference in residents' everyday lives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and CPO certification. You will travel to other properties as needed and support safety programs across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPO certification is required.
• Ability to read service requests and schedules in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor service requests.
• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Maintain common areas of the community.
• Maintain pool area.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership and team members.
• Support safety and risk management programs.
