Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Porter to perform routine upkeep of our apartment community, ensuring a welcoming impression for residents and team members on-site. You will maintain curb appeal and communicate professionally while completing tasks safely and efficiently.

The role requires basic math skills, a high school education or equivalent, and preferably at least one year of Porter experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Accurately perform basic mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas.
• Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company.
• Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.
