CWS Apartment Homes is hiring a Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, and support the maintenance team at a luxury residential community in the United States. You will handle service requests, prepare apartments for new residents, and keep common areas and the pool in top condition.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and adherence to safety programs. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; CPO certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPO certification required for this role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to read and interpret service requests in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor service requests
• Prepare make-ready apartments
• Maintain common areas of the community
• Maintain pool area
• Maintain inventory and shop organization
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs
• Participate in preventative maintenance program
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs
