Job summary

GCHP is seeking a Porter to maintain the grounds, interior, and exterior common areas of the property, including vacant units, sidewalks, and alleys. The role supports maintenance tasks as needed to keep the property clean and safe.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years of housekeeping experience preferred, and dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license. A smartphone and basic tech proficiency are required to report issues and follow directives from

Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Prompt and dependable with ability to maintain a daily cleaning schedule.
Smartphone access and basic tech proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a pleasant demeanor on the job.
Assist with tracking and communicating inventory levels for products and equipment.
Perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and AC filters.
Ensure equipment and supplies are kept safe, clean, and organized.
Respond to spills or accidents and place caution signs when appropriate.
Monitor and clean all exterior and interior common areas.
Report repairs and hazards to the site manager as needed.
