Qualifications

• CPO certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
• Janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and amenities of the property.
• Assist the maintenance team with service requests.
• Participate in resident satisfaction and preventative maintenance programs.
