Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, and assist the maintenance team at a luxury property. You will handle service requests, prep make-ready apartments, and keep common areas and the pool area in top condition.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and CPO certification. English communication and basic computer skills are required, with flexible work hours and potential travel within metro areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• CPO certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required).
• Able to read service requests and schedules, and regularly converse with team members, residents and vendors in English.
• Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor service requests.
• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Maintain common areas of the community.
• Maintain pool area.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
