Picerne Real Estate Group in the Las Vegas area is seeking a Porter to maintain a luxury apartment community. You will ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times.

Responsibilities include keeping common areas clean, policing grounds and parking areas, and performing minor maintenance tasks while assisting the maintenance staff as needed. This role offers an excellent benefits package and a 35% apartment discount where available.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment background and drug testing are required.
