Equinox is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to join our premium health, wellness, and hospitality brand in Fairfield. You will professionally greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist with membership questions while maintaining accurate accounts and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of customer service experience, are reliable and friendly, and can communicate effectively in person, by email, and by phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• Able to greet members and guests professionally.
• Proficient in phone and email communication.
• Reliable, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in person, by email, and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Respond to member questions, concerns, and discrepancies.
• Update members’ accounts as needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Work opening/closing/mid-day shifts as required.
• Tour members and show facilities as needed.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to members and guests.
• Assist other departments with related tasks.
