Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environment following Station Casinos standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs, and work in walk-ins at -10 to 140 degrees.
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Working hands-on in any kitchen environment to ensure all china, glass and silverware, flatware, dish machines, etc. are cleaned and maintained according to Station Casinos standards and specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health.
• Ensuring and complying with a safe and hazard free work environment according to the Department of Health and OSHA regulations.
