Job summary

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, operated by EOS Hospitality LLC, seeks a Guest Service Ambassador to deliver warm, anticipatory service and manage guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments. You will be the first contact for guests, ensuring accurate billing, quick check-ins, and smooth resolutions to concerns.

Qualifications

• 1+ years direct customer service experience; hotel/lodging environment preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Proficient with computers and learning PMS/Office systems; Opera a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in/out guests promptly and courteously to standard.
• Provide telephone services and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Upsell accommodations, dining, spa, and experiences when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for guest requests.
• Ensure accuracy of charges and maintain guest folios.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas; support team with tasks.
