Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our Rooms Team. You will welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and be the friendly first point of contact for inquiries. We value teamwork and a guest-centric approach in a luxury setting.

The role requires 1–2 years of front desk or front office experience, knowledge of Opera preferred, and US work authorization. Weekend/evening availability is expected in our 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Opera preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as Front Desk Receptionist or in Front Office preferred.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations.
• Ability to multitask on several items at once.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best Rooms experience to guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Serve as the first and last impression of the hotel and assist guests with inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
