IHG Hotels & Resorts in Cleveland seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle transactions, and provide local insights for a friction-free stay. You’ll check guests in and out, manage bookings, and act as a brand ambassador with a warm, professional appearance.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; strong communication, tech skills, and prior front desk/guest service experience are important. A high school diploma is expected; college degree is a bonus.

• Communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments.
• Strong problem-solving to turn issues into positive experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Literate and tech-savvy with reading, writing, basic math, and computers.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• High school diploma required; college degree a bonus.
• At least one year in a front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
