Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across shifts. You will coach colleagues, handle arrivals/departures, and manage guest requests in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires a minimum of one year in Front Office and preferred supervisory experience, with strong communication and operational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hotel Front Office experience required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera PMS, Reserve, HotSOS, or similar hotel systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service across shifts.
• Assist guests with arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally while guiding service recovery.
• Coach and develop Front Office colleagues and maintain team morale.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards.
