Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the frontline ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience and helping meet personal and store sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced store is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail (preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream/video demos is a plus.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor and support daily store operations.
