Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated shopping experiences, meet personal and store sales goals, and support store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion sales, experience with POS systems and mobile checkout, strong English, and a passion for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and mobile checkout
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques
• Perform daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising
• Keep floor/stockroom organized and follow policies
• Process transactions including online pickups
• Support inventory receiving and product movement
• Assist teammates in various areas as needed
• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven environment
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
• Welcome feedback and maintain professional demeanor
