Key responsibilities include building client relationships, cross-selling, and utilizing POS tools to capture data and support daily store operations while maintaining high energy on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency on mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to communicate clearly.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live-stream or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energetic floor presence; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory cycles.
• Foster teamwork and participate in brand initiatives and training.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
