Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time, year-round E-Commerce Operations and Content Manager in Scottsdale. You will drive global e-commerce expansion on Shopify Plus, serving as internal product owner and coordinating with Domaine and internal teams.

The role spans content, asset management, and operations across multiple storefronts. You will manage launches, ensure on-brand product pages, and optimize merchandising, with a clear path toward senior roles as revenues grow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital content, merchandising, or e-commerce in fashion or apparel, luxury preferred.
• 4+ years in apparel e-commerce operations, digital project management, or site merchandising.
• Proven experience working with top-tier design and development agencies as internal client-side lead.
• Background in luxury, hospitality, or private club retail useful for UHNW audiences.
• Strong Shopify Plus experience; familiarity with Shopify Markets, inventory locations, and app integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site merchandising, product launches, and content calendars.
• Own weekly content refreshes, uploads, and on-site navigation to drive conversion.
• Coordinate imagery, lookbooks, size charts with brand partners and Domaine.
• Configure Shopify Plus backend logic with warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Manage beta storefront launches and scale to 20+ global storefronts.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content, UX, and merchandising strategies.
