Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Closet Sales Specialist to engage showroom guests and convert traffic into Closet System design appointments. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the CITY Services sales pipeline from lead to appointment in a busy showroom environment.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to design and present custom closet solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in retail, design, or home improvement environments preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement, Design & Showroom Sales: greet guests and show CITY HOME’s Closet Systems with free on-the-spot estimates.
• Appointment Booking & Lead Capture: guide visitors to book and enter details in Monday.com.
• Follow-Up & Pipeline Management: nurture leads with approved scripts to schedule consultations.
• Administrative Tasks & Showroom Readiness: maintain displays, update QR codes, and document interactions.
• Product Knowledge & Professional Development: stay updated on finishes and hardware and attend trainings.
• Adhere to all Standard Work and role responsibilities, with additional duties as needed.
