Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Closet Sales Specialist to engage showroom guests, design custom closet solutions, and convert traffic into design appointments. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, present CITY HOME’s Closet Systems, and provide on-the-spot free estimates using showroom displays and digital design tools.

This full-time role in Wesley Chapel requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple leads.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor preferred.
2+ years of sales experience in retail, design, or home-improvement environments.
Full-time showroom-based position with a 40-hour work week (including weekends and holidays).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
Requires standing and walking for extended periods and use of iPad/POS systems.

Responsibilities

Engage showroom guests and convert traffic into Closet System design appointments.
Design custom closets and provide on-the-spot free estimates using showroom displays and digital design tools.
Manage appointment bookings and lead capture through QR, iPad, or manual entry; update customer details in Monday.com.
Follow up with leads to nurture interest and schedule design consultations.
Maintain showroom readiness, refresh displays, and document interactions and follow-ups in Monday.com.
