Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Residential Closet Sales/Designer to create innovative designs within clients’ budgets and maximize revenue from CITY Furniture and Ashley Homestore products. You will build strong vendor and cross-functional relationships to support CITY SERVICES.

The role requires closing own business with support from Sales Associates and cross‑functional teams. The position emphasizes client-centered design, budget awareness, and hands-on project management, including invoicing,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
One to five years of experience in or from a related field is required.
Interior Design license preferred.
Custom Closet Design Background is a plus
Florida Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Prospecting/Sales – Help guests design a home they'll love, assist with financing options, create invoices, schedule deliveries, and manage the CITY CRM system.
Client Home Design – design within client budget, meet with clients, measure and draw floor plans, select colors, provide additional design services including lighting and window treatments, place furniture, and manage installations.
