Job summary

CITY HOME - Plant City focuses on delivering luxury closet systems through a showroom-based role. You’ll greet guests, present CITY HOME Closet Systems, and create on-the-spot estimates, driving the showroom to design appointments.

You’ll manage leads, use Monday.com for follow-ups, and keep the showroom polished and ready for customers. The role requires 2+ years in retail/design sales, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining an elevated customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in retail, design, or home improvement environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom guests and promote CITY HOME Closet Systems.
• Design closets and provide on-the-spot design estimates.
• Book and capture leads for design appointments in Monday.com.
• Follow up with leads to nurture them into scheduled consultations.
• Maintain showroom presentation, refresh displays, and update materials.
• Record interactions and prepare reports on activities and outcomes.
• Stay current on CITY HOME Closet Systems and attend product trainings.
