You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain showroom standards, and support the CITY Services sales pipeline through proactive follow-up.

This full-time role pays $21 per hour plus performance bonuses. The ideal candidate has strong communication, sales, and design skills, with experience in retail or home improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in retail, design, or home improvement environments preferred.
• Full-time showroom-based position with weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage showroom guests and drive Closet System design appointments.
• Convert visitors into qualified design appointments via booking processes.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and schedule consultations.
• Maintain showroom standards, refresh displays, and record interactions in Monday.com.
• Develop product knowledge and stay updated on CITY HOME’s Closet Systems.
