Job summary

CITY HOME in Plant City is seeking a Closet Sales Specialist to engage showroom guests, design custom closets, and convert traffic into Closet System design appointments. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain showroom standards, and support the CITY Services sales pipeline.

This full-time role reports to the Director of Services or Closet Systems Sales Manager and requires 2+ years of sales experience in retail or design environments. Compensation is $21/hour plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Engage showroom guests, design custom closets, and provide on-the-spot free estimates.
• Convert showroom visitors into qualified design appointments and capture details in Monday.com.
• Execute structured follow-ups to nurture leads and schedule consultations.
• Maintain showroom readiness, refresh displays, and document interactions and follow-ups.
• Stay up to date on CITY HOME's Closet Systems and participate in training.
• Adhere to all assigned Standard Work and role responsibilities.
