Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in retail, design, or home improvement environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom guests and convert traffic into design appointments using the Good–Better–Best approach.
• Design custom closets and provide on-the-spot free estimates using showroom displays and digital tools.
• Book appointments and capture leads via QR code, iPad, or manual entry.
• Follow up and nurture leads to schedule design consultations.
• Maintain showroom readiness and update data in Monday.com.
