Job summary

Neiman Marcus, a premier luxury retailer, is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive individual and vendor sales, and build strong client relationships. You will use Neiman Marcus’s clienteling tools to grow your own customer base and maintain an impeccably merchandised counter while collaborating with team members and a designated Account Executive.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred in cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Learn and utilize Neiman Marcus online clienteling tools.
• Attention to detail, initiative, positive working attitude.
• Ability to work independently to drive business; strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
• Aim to achieve and exceed individual and vendor sales goals and event goals.
• Maintain high level of customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Act as liaison between Neiman Marcus and the Account Executive for your accounts.
• Use clienteling tools to record client information and preferences to grow your business.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to sale closure and follow-up.
• Maintain tidy, welcoming selling area and counter standards.
