Job summary

Neiman Marcus seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service at cosmetics counters across North America. You will build client relationships, master product knowledge, and maintain an inviting, brand-aligned counter while driving sales.

Using Neiman Marcus clienteling tools, you will focus on converting inquiries to sales, supporting training programs and in-house events, and ensuring a premium shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Proven sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Drive personal and vendor line sales, including event-focused sales.
• Maintain an attractive, properly merchandised counter and brand image.
• Utilize clienteling tools to record client preferences and drive repeat business.
• Meet or exceed daily, monthly and event sales goals.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and peers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Close sales with a focus on customer satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
