Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, clinical science, oncology, data science, or related field.
• Typically 12+ years of experience in clinical development, RWE, epidemiology, biostatistics, health outcomes research, clinical intelligence, data science, or related discipline.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and influence without direct authority.
• Oncology expertise with lung cancer and HNSCC biology and treatment pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end evidence strategy for Lung and HNSCC Therapeutic Area, guiding Phase II/III transitions, trial design, biomarker strategy, and program enrichment.
• Define scientific and statistical frameworks including estimands, analysis populations, endpoint definitions, missing-data strategies, and validation plans.
• Shape prospective evidence plans and integration of clinical development, regulatory, and market access considerations.
• Oversee AI-enabled and multimodal evidence initiatives, ensuring governance, validation, and decision-grade outputs.
• Forge strong cross-functional partnerships with Clinical Development, Biometrics, Regulatory, Translational Science, Diagnostics, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
