With 5+ years in RWE and advanced training in epidemiology, health economics, or biostatistics, you will collaborate across Medical, Market Access, and Brand teams to drive access and outcomes in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RWE experience in pharma, managed care, academia, or consulting.
• Deep proficiency in observational study design and real-world data sources.
• Strong understanding of causal inference methods and bias mitigation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the US healthcare system and payer landscape.
• Proven ability to translate evidence for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead US value proposition and brand-alignment for Airsupra and Breztri.
• Design and deliver integrated evidence plans and payer dossiers.
• Conduct observational studies, target trials, registries, and pragmatic research.
• Identify and secure fit-for-purpose real-world data sources with bias controls.
• Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact models for HTA submissions.
• Translate RWE outputs into actionable tools for MSLs and payers.
• Collaborate with global teams to align methods and assets.
• Engage with external investigators and data providers to expand datasets.
