Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics or clinical science.
• 5+ years in evidence generation, RWE, or health outcomes within pharma/biotech/consulting.
• Experience linking Translational Science, Clinical Development and Market Access.

Responsibilities

• Own the Hematology clinical intelligence and real-world evidence strategy end to end.
• Define and prioritize evidence gaps informing PH3ID, trial design, external control arms.
• Partner with Translational Science and Clinical Development for multimodal signals.
• Advance AI-enabled approaches in Hematology, including tumor dynamics forecasting and trial simulation.
• Translate trial and real-world data into insights on standard of care and market positioning.
• Influence across Global Product Teams and external data partners.
• Build Hematology-specific intelligence within the PH3ID Foundation.
