Job summary

AstraZeneca in Wilmington, DE leads an Executive-level role shaping the clinical and economic value story for inhaled respiratory portfolio. You will design evidence programs and translate them for payers, health systems, and policy makers in a payer-ready framework.

You will partner across Medical, Market Access, Field Medical, and Commercial teams to secure access and inform policy. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven storytelling, and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RWE experience in pharma or related field.
• Expertise in observational study design and real-world data sources.
• Strong understanding of US payer landscape and policy shifts.
• Proven ability to translate evidence for non-technical US stakeholders.
• Experience with AMCP dossiers and payer submissions (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead US value proposition and align evidence to brand strategy.
• Design and implement Integrated Evidence Plan across outputs.
• Design and deliver RWE studies and apply bias mitigation.
• Identify datasets and ensure representativeness and health equity.
• Contribute to cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
• Translate RWE into tools for MSLs and payers.
