Blue Origin in Denver, CO is seeking a Thermal Engineer to join the Lunar Core Components Heat Transfer team. You will design, size, build, and test thermal hardware for lunar vehicle architectures during build, test, and verification phases.

The role requires a BS in mechanical or aerospace engineering, 3+ years in thermal engineering, and hands-on exposure to heat transfer, CFD, and CAD (Creo). Relocation and travel up to 20% are possible in this dynamic space program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• 3+ years of thermal engineering experience.
• Strong heat transfer and fluid system fundamentals.
• Experience with heat exchangers, cold plates and hardware.
• Design, sizing, building and testing hardware.
• Understanding of aerospace hardware verification and validation.
