Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams and functional groups.
• 8+ years in aerospace structures and/or mechanisms lifecycle development.
• Strong ability to manage requirements, design, integration, and verification.

Responsibilities

• Define subsystem baseline, lead technical work and provide leadership of the highest caliber.
• Manage cost and schedule baselines, drive continuous improvement in development.
• Lead engineers to specify, design, analyze, manufacture, integrate, test, and deliver hardware/software components.
