Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace or high-tech preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM/MES/MRP systems and enterprise-level production tracking.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design production workflows and processes to elevate efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to validate manufacturability and drive product/process improvements.
• Conduct time and motion studies; update build durations and labor requirements in the MES.
