Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Operations team at Space Coast, FL (Lunar Plant 2). You will design and implement efficient manufacturing systems, assure quality, and optimize production and supply chain logistics for space vehicle production.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, experience in DFx methods, and a focus on cost reduction and process improvement to enable rapid, reliable space exploration. Relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering field (Mech/Manufacturing/Electrical/Aerospace).
• 3+ years in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering.
• 3+ years creating English work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support the industrialization of new products (solar arrays, integration/test, avionics, structures).
• Translate requirements into robust manufacturing processes for reliable space vehicles.
• Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to accelerate space vehicle production.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering
