Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations team at Space Coast, FL. You will lead the design and implementation of efficient manufacturing systems, ensure stringent quality control, and optimize supply chain logistics for Production/Operations.

Collaboration with design engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and production teams is essential to accelerate building a road to space.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial/process engineering.
• 3+ years creating English work instructions.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work second shift and extend hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of efficient manufacturing systems.
• Ensure stringent quality control throughout production.
• Optimize supply chain logistics for Production/Operations.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
