Job summary

You will actively develop lending, deposits and treasury relationships throughout the Lubbock market, serving privately held businesses and balancing credit discipline with growth goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business/commercial banking experience.
• Proven track record of new-business development.
• Strong credit, underwriting and portfolio-management skills.
• Established relationships in Lubbock market preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial relationships through prospecting and referrals.
• Manage and expand an existing business-banking portfolio.
• Originate loans, deposits and treasury relationships.
• Serve as primary advisor to privately held businesses.
• Review financial statements and collateral for credit decisions.
• Coordinate treasury and other financial solutions across the organization.
• Build COI relationships with attorneys, CPAs in the Lubbock community.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline and CRM activity.
• Participate in the Lubbock business community.
