Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial banking relationships throughout the market.
• Spend meaningful time in the community meeting business owners, prospects, and referral sources.
• Develop relationships with CPAs, attorneys, advisors, and other centers of influence.
• Generate commercial loan, deposit, and broader banking opportunities.
• Expand relationships with existing customers.
• Partner with internal credit resources to structure and underwrite commercial opportunities.
• Understand client objectives and coordinate appropriate banking solutions.
• Build complete operating relationships rather than focusing exclusively on individual transactions.
• Represent the institution through community, networking, and business-development activities.
• Help increase the institution's commercial visibility throughout the market.
• Contribute to the long-term development of the local commercial banking franchise.
