Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an LTSA Program Manager to lead management and execution of LTSA/LTMA contracts for power generation services.

The role coordinates internal and external resources, oversees outages, and maintains alignment across technical and commercial functions, with regular customer interaction and event planning. The candidate will drive contract execution, support billing and collections, and mentor other program managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in PM or field experience in power generation or utilities.
• Experience coordinating outages and maintenance events.
• Ability to read technical documentation and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage LTSA/LTMA contracts including planning and execution of scope.
• Lead cross-functional planning for outages and resource coordination.
• Provide project management for inspection, repair, and close-out activities.
• Discuss cost or schedule deviations with stakeholders and clients.
• Review invoices and support collections and AR tracking.
• Maintain knowledge of contract terms, contingency plans, and lessons learned.
