Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an LTSA Sales Manager to drive long-term service program opportunities across the Americas. You will lead deal strategy, coordinate with Legal, Operations, and HQ, and guide proposals from initiation to contract closure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in service sales or contract negotiations within power generation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record closing LTSA or similar service agreements. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Develop deal strategies for LTSPs within assigned regions/accounts.
• Prepare proposals and manage customer communications through negotiation to closure.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue LTSA opportunities.
• Manage LTSP sales cycle from identification to contract execution.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
