Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a LTSA/LTMA Service Manager I to oversee planning, implementation, and management of service scopes under customer contracts, including long-term service and maintenance agreements.

The role involves leading cross-functional planning for outages, coordinating field service activities, and interfacing with customers to ensure contract compliance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience planning and managing outages or service contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional internal planning efforts for outages.
• Develop outage budgets and report deviations.
• Maintain AR / cashflow with finance team.
• Develop and coordinate event schedules and scope changes.
• Travel to customer plant sites (weekly) to plan outage requirements.
