Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a seasoned LTSA Sales Manager to develop deal strategies, lead proposals, negotiate terms, and close LTSPs for Mitsubishi projects in the Americas.

This role coordinates with Legal, Operations, and HQ teams to ensure alignment across business units and to drive long-term service agreements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in service sales or contract negotiation within power generation, strong turbine services knowledge, and excellent communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required.
• Minimum 3 years in service sales or contract negotiation in power/energy.
• Proven ability to develop and close LTSA or similar agreements.
• Strong understanding of turbine services (gas, steam, generator).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LTSP deal strategies for assigned regions.
• Prepare proposals and manage customer communications through negotiations.
• Lead coordination with Legal, Operations, and Engineering to align deals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for Mitsubishi and other-OEM services.
• Manage LTSP sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract execution.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships for long‑term repeat business.
• Represent Mitsubishi Power at client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and proposal processes.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and approval requirements.
