Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. (Mitsubishi Power) seeks an LTSA/LTMA Service Manager I in Houston, TX to lead planning and execution of long-term service agreements, outages, and related field activities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and interface with customers to ensure reliable power services. The role requires strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to travel to customer sites frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME/BSEE) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical and business information.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning for outages and contract requirements.
• Coordinate internal planning for all outage aspects and budgets.
• Manage field service operations and interface with customers.
• Develop event schedules and track deviations and costs.
• Ensure parts availability and on-site readiness before outages.
• Travel to customer sites frequently for planning and issue resolution.
• Support warranty resolution and data requests to customers.
• Drive opportunities to increase service contracts and sales.
