Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an LTSA Service Manager to lead planning, execution, and management of service scopes for long-term contracts, outages, and transactional services.

This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to manage complex field operations with minimal supervision. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to plan outages, optimize schedules using MS Project or Primavera, and drive a zero-harm safety culture while delivering high-value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Power Generation, preferably field service.
• Strong technical experience with gas turbines, generators and steam turbines.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and technical documentation.
• Ability to create outage schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6).
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge and practices.
• Project management experience delivering high-value projects to customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and SharePoint basics; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of service scopes for customer contracts.
• Coordinate outages and field service events with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Interface with customers to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Oversee warranty resolution, parts logistics, and quality system.
• Track cross-functional planning efforts for outage event planning and logistics.
• Maintain information in systems used across the company for outage planning.
• Participate in process improvements and team goal achievement.
• Communicate effectively with management, ensuring timely reports.
• Travel to customer sites for outage planning and execution support.
