Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an LTSA Program Manager II to oversee and implement Long Term Service Agreements, including outage planning, contract management, and parts repair coordination.

The role requires engineering background and hands-on project leadership at customer sites. The position involves travel, coordinating part repairs, supporting sales negotiations, and driving process improvements while ensuring parts availability for outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or equivalent with 7+ years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and business documents; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in basic math, algebra, geometry, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage LTSA scope including outage planning and contract execution.
• Coordinate repairs and ordering of parts to support outages at customer sites.
• Travel to customer plants to plan outages and address contract issues.
• Support LTSA sales during negotiations and assist in process improvements.
